- Monitor your queues frequently for hotel booking cancellations. Hotel chains are working proactively to “UC” reservations for dates when property operations may be suspended temporarily.
- If a traveler has an active reservation and intends to travel, contact the hotel directly to confirm the hotel is in fact, still open.
- If you booked a hotel in Sabre and need to cancel, complete the cancellation directly in Sabre. Calling the hotel will not be sufficient.
