PNR Access
With all the changes occurring to existing trips and airlines offering different policies to respond to the current environment, it is critical that your reservation and fulfillment information is retained and remains easily accessible in your workflows, even if the active segments in the PNR are no longer present.
Agencies can insert an OTH ‘Retention’ segment to maintain access to live PNRs in the system for up to 180 days from the last active segment of the itinerary. This will retain PNRs for activities needed over the next 6+ months, depending on the itinerary dates.
Once a PNR is no longer active in the system, Sabre Past Date PNR provides PNR and ticketing information directly within the existing agent workflow using typical PNR search entries, simply appended with a ‘-P’ to access and display prior PNR data.
