Course enrollment

In addition to self-paced courses, you can now enroll in instructor-led courses directly from the portal.

My Dashboard

“My Dashboard” shows you all the courses you currently enrolled in, upcoming courses as well as recommended courses.

Calendar

The calendar is a great launchpad to your day-to-day training activities. Choose what you see on the calendar and filter by time zone, team and instructor.

How it works

1. Log into Agency eServices

2. Select "Training". Click on "My Training".

3. You are now GOOD TO GO!

Europe, the Middle East and Africa: 26th October 2017

North America: 9th November 2017
